1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using AZGiveaways.com (“Site”), operated by PHX Marketing Group (“Company,” “we,”
“us,” or “our”), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by
these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use this Site.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the
Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
2. Eligibility
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site, enter any giveaway, subscribe to any email list, or otherwise
interact with our services. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
Geographic Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated in specific giveaway rules, giveaways hosted on this Site are open to legal residents of the
Phoenix metropolitan area and the state of Arizona, United States. Individual giveaways may have additional eligibility
requirements as specified in their official rules.
Prohibited Participants
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of PHX Marketing Group, its affiliated properties
(BestInPhoenix.com, I Love AZ, AZ Fee Audit), giveaway sponsors, and their immediate family members and household
members are not eligible to enter giveaways in which they are directly involved.
3. Nature of the Site — Sponsored Giveaway Platform
What This Site Is
AZGiveaways.com is a promotional marketing platform that hosts sponsored giveaway campaigns on behalf of third-
party local businesses (“Sponsors”). We facilitate the connection between Sponsors who provide prizes and consumers
who enter to win those prizes.
Relationship with Sponsors
The giveaways featured on this Site are sponsored by independent third-party businesses. AZGiveaways.com is not the
manufacturer, retailer, or provider of the prizes offered in sponsored giveaways unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We do not own, operate, control, or manage the Sponsor businesses, and we make no representations or warranties
regarding the Sponsors, their products, their services, or their business practices. The inclusion of a business as a
giveaway Sponsor on this Site does not constitute our endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of that business.
Independent Contractors
Sponsors and the Company are independent parties. Nothing in these Terms or in any giveaway creates a partnership,
joint venture, employment, franchise, or agency relationship between the Company and any Sponsor.
4. Giveaway Rules and Participation
General Rules
All giveaways on this Site are subject to these Terms and any additional official rules specific to each giveaway
campaign. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the official rules of a specific giveaway, the specific
giveaway’s official rules shall control.
No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win any giveaway hosted on this Site. A purchase or payment will not
improve your chances of winning.
Entry Requirements
Each giveaway may require certain actions to complete an entry, which may include but are not limited to: providing an
email address, following social media accounts, visiting websites, voting in polls, sharing referral links, tagging other
users, or completing surveys. These requirements will be specified in each giveaway’s entry form and official rules.
Bonus Entries
Some giveaways offer bonus entries for completing additional actions beyond the base entry requirements. Bonus
entries increase a participant’s chances of being selected but do not guarantee winning.
Referral Programs
Some giveaways include referral programs where you can earn additional entries by referring other participants. You
agree to share referral links only through legitimate means. Spam, automated sharing, fake accounts, or any form of
fraudulent referral activity will result in disqualification and permanent banning from all future giveaways.
Winner Selection
Winners are selected randomly from all eligible entries using ViralSweep’s verified random selection tool or another
verifiable random selection method. The Company’s determination of winners is final and binding.
Prize Fulfillment
Prizes for sponsored giveaways are provided by the Sponsor, not by AZGiveaways.com, unless otherwise stated. The
Company facilitates prize coordination but is not responsible for the quality, condition, fitness, or delivery of prizes
provided by Sponsors.
Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Prize Modifications
We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any
reason. Prize values stated on the Site are approximate retail values and may vary.
Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via the email address provided in their entry. Winners must respond to the notification within
72 hours or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. We are not responsible for delayed, lost,
misdirected, or undeliverable email notifications.
Tax Responsibility
Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and assessments arising from the
acceptance and use of a prize. For prizes valued at $600 or more, the winner may be required to provide a valid Social
Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number for IRS reporting purposes. Failure to provide required tax
information may result in prize forfeiture.
Publicity Release
By entering a giveaway, you grant the Company permission to use your name, likeness, city and state of residence,
entry information, and any statements made by you regarding the giveaway for promotional, advertising, and publicity
purposes in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation or notice, except where prohibited
by law.
5. User Conduct
Acceptable Use
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information in giveaway entries or account registration
• Create multiple accounts or use fake identities to enter giveaways
• Use any automated system, bot, script, or software to enter giveaways or interact with the Site
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Site or its servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, or computer systems
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm other users, Sponsors, or Company representatives
• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Use the Site to send spam or unsolicited commercial communications
• Manipulate, rig, or attempt to rig the outcome of any giveaway
• Sell, trade, or transfer giveaway entries or prizes to third parties
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
Consequences of Violation
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to disqualify any user who violates these Terms, remove or void their
giveaway entries, ban them from future giveaways, and terminate their access to the Site without notice or liability.
6. Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and the
compilation thereof (“Content”), is the property of PHX Marketing Group or its content suppliers and is protected by
United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The AZGiveaways.com name, the I Love AZ name, the BestInPhoenix.com name, the “AZ Gives, AZ Wins” tagline, and all
related logos, designs, and trade dress are trademarks or service marks of PHX Marketing Group. You may not use
these marks without our prior written consent.
User-Generated Content
By submitting any content to the Site (including comments, survey responses, photos, testimonials, or social media
tags), you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce,
modify, publish, distribute, and display such content in any media for any purpose, including promotional and
advertising purposes.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit and that such content
does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the Site or any giveaway shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at info@azgiveaways.com and attempt to resolve the
dispute informally for at least 30 days. Most concerns can be resolved through informal negotiation.
Jurisdiction and Venue
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be
brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. You consent to the personal
jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue.
Class Action Waiver
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND THE COMPANY AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS OR DISPUTES
ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR ANY GIVEAWAY WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND
YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION, OR ANY OTHER
